I offer functional strength training, training on the Pilates reformer, and private yoga in my own personal gym space that offers the comforts of home.
This option combines personal training in my boutique gym with one-on-one health coaching. Not only do you get personalized workouts, but you get personalized guidance on nutrition and other areas of health, with accountability throughout the week.
